The 2009-2010 Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida Running Series is a way to get yourself ready to Run Miami! With 9 races based around the ING Miami Marathon and Half Marathon® everyone can plan their training and get into shape by running or walking any or all the races.

Can anyone participate?
Of course! All ages and abilities are welcomed. Running or walking is the most democratic of all sports, just register and you're in!

How do you earn your special running series medal?
Complete 5 out of the 9 races. (This includes the ING Miami Marathon and Half Marathon.)
