Description
This race will feature a point-to-point format. The race will begin slightly east of Watson Island on the MacArthur Causeway and head east to Miami Beach’s Alton Road and end at South Point Park adjacent to Ocean Drive. By the way, you’ll be taken back to your cars on Watson Island using one of the many shuttles operating all morning long.
This race is the sixth race in the BCBS Running Series.
Location/Address
Starting on Watson Island, near the Miami Children's Museum. Running along the MacArthur Cswy and ending at Nikki Beach.

The Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida Tropical 5K Benefiting Community Partnership for Homeless. This race will serve as a sneak preview and warm-up for those running the ING Miami Marathon and Half Marathon. Friends and family not running the Marathon or Half Marathon will also be able to share in the inspiring ING Miami Marathon Weekend experience.
